Can't find what you're looking for?
?How do I get my bot running?
Upload your bot's files in the panel's file manager or over SFTP. Set the file to run on the Startup page (index.js for Node.js, main.py for Python) and press Start. Your package.json or requirements.txt installs on every start.
?Where do I put my bot token?
In a .env or config file next to your code, the same way you do on your own computer. Never share it in a ticket.
?Can I deploy from GitHub?
Yes. Put your repository address on the Startup page, and a token for a private repository. Your bot pulls the code when it starts.
?Which plan do I need?
Most bots run fine on Mini or Standard. Pick a bigger plan for music bots, large servers or bots that keep a lot in memory.
?Can I host a database for my bot?
SQLite works out of the box, since it is just a file. A MySQL database is not included right now.
?How do I pay?
Plans are paid monthly from your credit balance. Buy credits in the shop, once or monthly. Credits are non-refundable.
